I am in contact with Microsoft support and have probably spoken to half the German Surface department, but they can only replace or ask the technical support, but that one is incompetent too, so all we can do is try to raise Microsoft's attention, as this is probably affecting all Pro 7s (most people just don't use the rear camera that much).
